If you are booking only for yourself but would like to share a room to receive the double occupancy rate, please notify us and Wandering Nomads will make every effort to match you with another individual traveller willing to share a room. If we are unable and you still wish to participate, you will be required to pay single occupancy rates.
VISA & PASSPORT
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documentation and visas for your trip. This is critical as without the correct paperwork you will almost certainly be denied entry to the country you are visiting, or be prevented from boarding your international flight to that country. Please also note that most countries require that your passport is machine readable and has at least 6 months remaining until expiry and after your date of return home. In many countries, you will also need at least 2 consecutive blank pages available in your passport for entry stamps & visas to be granted on arrival.
It is essential and a condition of booking with WanderingNomad.Life that you have or arrange adequate comprehensive insurance cover for personal liability, medical, and holiday cancellation (including to cover for round trip flights from home country, injury, illness, emergency medical evacuation, death, repatriation, loss or damage of property, cancellation and curtailment) to be valid from the date when the contract between us comes into existence until the holiday is completed.
We recommend visiting your doctor or a travel clinic at least 6 weeks before booking your trip to ensure you have taken the correct travel precautions and to ensure you have the correct vaccinations needed for your trip. As some vaccinations need to be taken over a period of many weeks or even months before your departure in order to be effective, it is really important that you seek medical advice as early as you possibly can.
